Will I get my deposit back?

Cleaning is one of three factors. If we clean to inspection standard and the rest of the property is in good condition, your deposit comes back. If the inspector flags cleaning specifically, we re-clean free.

Do I need to empty the property first?

Yes — for the cleaning to pass inspection the property needs to be fully empty of belongings. We can clean before the carpet cleaner if you're scheduling both.

How quickly can you start?

Usually next-day for bookings made by Wednesday. We hold reserve slots specifically for end-of-tenancy clients.

Are carpets included?

Vacuuming yes. If your tenancy specifies "professional carpet cleaning", that's a separate add-on — we can arrange it with a partner firm in the same day.
