Are your cleaners DBS-checked and insured?

Yes. Every cleaner on our team is DBS-checked and we hold £5m public liability insurance. We'll happily share copies of both before your first visit.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?

Yes — that's the whole point. We match you with a cleaner who lives near you, and the same person comes every week or fortnight.

What cleaning supplies do you use?

We bring eco-friendly, non-toxic supplies as standard — safe around children, pets, and asthma. If you prefer us to use your own products, just let us know.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Regular clients pay per visit. Pause, reschedule, change frequency, or stop completely — anytime, no fee.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean any room you flag — free of charge.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or card — invoiced after the visit. Regular clients can set up auto-pay; one-off clients pay after they're happy with the result.
