The four-step process

  1. Tell us what you need. 60-second form on our website, or a quick phone call. Property size, postcode, type of clean, ideal start date.
  2. We confirm within an hour. Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm. We come back with a fixed quote, a proposed visit time, and the name of the cleaner we'd match you with.
  3. We clean. Same cleaner every visit. Eco supplies. Quality-checked against our 60-point standard.
  4. You relax. Pay by bank transfer or card after the visit. Auto-pay is available for regulars. No fees if you're ever not happy.

Six commitments we hold ourselves to

1. Same cleaner every visit

If your regular cleaner is on holiday or unwell, we let you know 14 days ahead where possible and 24 hours minimum.

2. Fixed quote — no add-ons

We quote a price. That's what you pay. If we under-estimate, that's our problem.

3. 48-hour re-clean guarantee

If anything's missed, flag it within 48 hours and we'll send someone back to fix it free of charge.

4. Full insurance, every visit

£5m public liability cover. If a cleaner ever damages something, we cover the repair or replacement.

5. DBS-checked, trained, paid fairly

Employed by us, not contractors. Paid above the Living Wage. DBS-checked and trained alongside a senior team member for two weeks.

6. No contract

Pause, cancel, switch frequency, change cleaner — any of it, anytime, no fees.
